Why Give?
Sometimes, someone’s life depends on blood transfusion. Unfortunately, there is often not blood available to give them because of low inventory in general, or low inventory of their type of blood. Fortunately, thousands of Belizeans are eligible to donate blood – this could be you! There are quite a few ways to donate blood. Blood is almost always needed, so becoming a regular donor (several times a year- at least three months in between every donation) truly benefits those who need it.
